1. General
These Terms govern your use of vlantox.com and booking debrief sessions. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. We are LLC, EDRPOU 09612716, Office 301, Business Center 'Panorama', 45 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and publish our legal name, registration code, address, contact details, and license information.
2. Booking and Payment
Book sessions via the website. Prices are shown at booking. Payment is due at booking unless agreed otherwise. All amounts are in UAH.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Later cancellations may not be refunded. Contact contact@vlantox.com or +380 677 910 2299 to cancel.
4. Liability and Consumer Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vlantox.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. You have rights including pre-contract information and dispute resolution.
5. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3798-IX of 25.10.2022. Processing is based on consent or another lawful basis.
