Booking a seat in the awareness course

Groups stay small, six drivers per session. Reservations are handled by hand rather than an automated queue. Send the form and an instructor confirms your date within one working day.

Check the prerequisites before you book. The course assumes two or more years of active driving and roughly 30,000 km behind the wheel.

    Name, phone, email and the date you prefer. Mention the course level you are considering.

    Instructor call

    We confirm the seat, explain fuel billing at cost and ask about your driving history.

  3. 03

    Course day

    Theory block, simulation scenarios, then a written debrief dossier on scan coverage and reaction timing.

Reserve a seat in the advanced road awareness course

Tell us which course you want and when you can drive. A coordinator replies within one working day with the confirmed date, the itemised price in UAH and the documents to bring.

What happens after you send the form

Four steps, in order. If anything is unclear, reply to the confirmation email and an instructor answers, not a call centre.

    Confirmation from the office

    You receive an email confirming the date and group size, with the address of the training ground in Kyiv and what to bring.

    Prerequisite check

    An instructor reviews your stated experience: two or more years of active driving and roughly 30,000 km. If the course is not the right fit yet, we say so and suggest what to do instead.

  3. 03

    A short scheduling call

    Twenty minutes by phone to place you in the right awareness module, confirm your simulation lab slot, and agree the debrief format you prefer.

  4. 04

    Baseline debrief dossier

    Before your first session we prepare a baseline dossier so scan coverage, reaction timing and following distance can be compared against your own later runs.
